Our proprietary manufacturing and formulation processes yield substantially pure mRNA products with superior tolerability and are highly efficient at all scales, from research-grade to commercial.

Ptx’s expertise in mRNA production, formulation and scale-up​, was demonstrated in our Human Phase 1 & 2 Covid-19 clinical trials, whereby material was made internally, and with a process scaled to a million doses per batch. We have developed Manufacturing process scale-up capability up to the kilogram scale.
